To petition for credit to satisfy degree requirements based on work done outside of the University of Utah:

Follow the instructions below for each course to be petitioned:
For School of Computing courses, complete the SoC Transfer Course Evaluation Form.
For general education courses, complete the Gen Ed Exception Form.
For math courses, complete the U of U Mathematics Transfer Course Evaluation Form. Make sure to include firstname.lastname@example.org as your Major Advisor's Email.
For Physics 2210 or 2220, fill out the form at www.physics.utah.edu/tcef. Make sure to include email@example.com as your Major Advisor's Email.
